Section: Collaborative Law

An alternative approach to litigated matters that benefits the clients, the court system and counsel alike. While its origins are based in family law, the concepts of Collaborative Law are expanding nationwide and present a great opportunity to improve the practice of law for ourselves and future generations. For more information on the section contact the chair listed above or the St. Pete Bar office info@stpetebar.com.

Collaborative Law Professionals in the business community, who interact with lawyers i.e. Mediators, CPA's, Investigators, are unable to join as members. However, they are able to attend Collaborative Law Section events at member rates.
