On 2/15/07 the Bench & Bar Committee discussed and approved posting the 1995 Medical Legal Code on the website, which can be downloaded by clicking on this link. The Bench & Bar Committee members recognize that the enforceability is questionable, however, the presence of the Code gives guidance and is better than no guidance at all. The Medical-Legal Liaison Committee ceased to exist due to the lack of attendance of anyone from the medical community at meetings. This Code can also be found on the Bench & Bar Committee page and the Workers Comp Section page. This code is currently still in existence.
