Rachel has developed estate plans for business owners, corporate executives, wealthy individuals and professionals and their families with a wide range of estate planning objectives. She also develops estate plans for modest estates aiming to avoid probate and secure financial stability for loved ones. | Rachel currently serves on the Board of Directors for Julie Weintraub's Hands Across the Bay, St. Petersburg General Hospital, and Infinity: the League to Aid Abused Children and Adults. Past appointments for the St. Petersburg Bar Association include Executive Board Member and Chair of the Probate & Guardianship Section. Rachel has been peer-rated as a Super Lawyer for 2022 Super Lawyer, 2021 Super Lawyer, 2018 Rising Star and 2017 Rising Star. She also has been recognized as an Elite Advocate by the American Institute of Legal Advocates and was named a Top 40 Young Lawyer by the National Alliance of Women in Law. Rachel also enjoyed serving two terms as President of St. Petersburg Toastmasters Club 2284, in addition to other leadership positions for the club. |
