Education/Experience

I practice family law, and specialize in interstate/international jurisdictional conflicts and the domestication of foreign judgments, in particular under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. I am a mentor for the U.S. State Department, Office of Children's Issues, Attorney Network, and have taught on this subject for the U.S. Military JAG Corp offices in Kaiserslaughtern and Bamberg, Germany. I have practiced in this area of the law for more than 25 years.
