In 2023, ROBERT E. BIASOTTI merged Biasotti Law with another premier appellate boutique in Saint Petersburg, FL--The Florida Appellate Firm, PA, chaired by Brandon Vesely. Bob has argued appeals in the Florida Supreme Court, all of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, and in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is board certified by The Florida Bar in Appellate Practice for 20+ years, and AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the ABA Judicial Division’s Council of Appellate Lawyers CAL, previously serving as a member of CAL’s Executive Board. He has taught Appellate Practice as an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
In December 2013, Bob was awarded the “Pro Ecclesia Et Pontifice” medal by Pope Francis, which is the highest award that can be presented by the Roman Catholic Church to a lay member. He served for over 10 years as a member of the Diocese Pastoral Council, with 2 years as chairperson.
