  • 3:10 p.m. Fundamental Principles – Sense of Honor, Integrity, and Fair Play: The rules, characteristics and traits necessary to practice law with civility will be the basis of participant exercises and dialogue: James D. Thaler, Jr., Esq., M.B.A., Thaler Law Firm, P.A.
  • 3:30 p.m. Applied Ethics and Professionalism: An interactive panel discussion of applying ethics and professionalism in a law practice by utilizing the Rules of Professional Conduct, the Ideals and Goals of Professionalism, and vignettes: Panelists: Charles H.   • 4:20 p.m. Promoting Professionalism in a Law Practice: Participants will develop techniques and strategies to encourage professionalism in others through small group discussions of hypotheticals, and report conclusions to all attendees: Charles H.   • 4:50 p.m. Review of Oath of Admission to The Florida Bar: The professionalism goals and ethical rules that are the basis for the oath of admission to the Florida Bar will be reviewed.
