CLE: Understanding Agency
Involvement

Commercial Transactions

This program will give an overview of the involvement of government agencies in
commercial transactions. Agencies such as Fannie Mae use a Delegated Underwriting
System to transfer risk for commercial loans. The speaker will discuss how such agency
involvement impacts the commercial transaction, from underwriting , to inspection, 
due diligence, and through closing.
