CITY/COUNTY GOVERNMENT ATTORNEYS - includes Public Defenders and State Attorney's Office. City/County Government Attorneys receive a subscription to the Paraclete and are permitted to attend all events at the standard member rates. Members receive member benefits and have full voting rights.  $195

RECIPROCAL MEMBERS (non-voting) - 
Only available for current Clearwater Bar Association (CBA) members paying full annual dues to the Clearwater Bar. Reciprocal Members receive a subscription to the Paraclete.
Reciprocal members pay $35 to attend membership luncheons. $195
 

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS (non-voting)
Attorneys licensed to practice and in good standing in another state; visiting or full-time professors at Stetson College of Law; and Clerks of the Court.  Associate members are welcome to attend all SPBA functions.   $90

Please note:
The associate member category does not include members of the business community who interact with lawyers, such as: Mediators, CPA's, Investigators, Collaborative Law Professionals, etc. Questions regarding qualification for this membership should be directed to the St. Pete Bar at 727-823-7474.

HONORARY MEMBERS - (non-voting) - FREE
Honorary membership is conferred on all judges of the Pinellas County Court, the Sixth Judicial Circuit, the Second District Court of Appeal for the State of Florida, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Honorary membership is also conferred upon members who have been members of The Florida Bar for fifty or more years. Honorary Members will receive a subscription to the Paraclete and are permitted to attend all events at the standard member rates.  Complimentary Membership

LAW STUDENT MEMBERS -
(non-voting) 
This membership applies to Law School Students at Florida law schools and out-of-state law schools or law school graduates awaiting admission to The Florida Bar. Student members enjoy all membership privileges except the right to vote and hold office. Electronic copy of the Paraclete magazine only. $25

COMMUNITY LAW PROGRAM DONATION:                    $50
Donations made to the Community Law Program, a 501(c)(3) organization, are tax deductible to
the extent permitted by law.

You will be asked to make the optional donation, however you may choose to opt out and not select to donate at this time. Thank you.

Renewing members do not qualify for pro-rated amount  - please contact the bar to pay the full membership dues.
