The program will discuss the view of Bill Eshenbaugh, who is President of Eshenbaugh Land Company, ranked/31 or 2 Regional Land Broker for last 10 years. Bill will give an overview of the evolution from the top of a red hot market in 2005 through the bottom in 2008 and the recovery as well as the prospective view of 2012-13.
