Florida’s New Electronic Discovery Rules
The electronic discovery amendments to Florida's Rules of Civil Procedure
became effective September 1, 2012 and apply to both pending and future
civil court matters. Florida's rules closely track (but are not identical to)
the eDiscovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This
presentation will address the practical and ethical requirements and
considerations that must now be addressed by attorneys in both state and federal civil litigation.
