| Ms. Zetrouer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2001. She received her Masters in Business Administration, cum laude, from Stetson University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2005. While at Stetson, Ms. Zetrouer served on the Stetson Law Review and interned for the Honorable Judge David A. Demers. |

| Ms. Zetrouer is a member of The Florida Bar, The Florida Association of Women Lawyers, The Pinellas (Florida) Association of Women Lawyers and the St. Pete Bar Association. Ms. Zetrouer regularly volunteers her time and money in the community and serves on: the Paraclete committee as a regular contributor for the St. Pete Bar Association and the lobbying committee for the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. |

Shannon Schlesman Zetrouer is the managing partner of Zetrouer Pulsifer. Ms. Zetrouer focuses her practice on real estate matters, including: timeshares, condominium and homeowners associations, construction defects, contract issues and litigation. Ms. Zetrouer is a member of the Florida Bar. She has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. When Ms. Zetrouer is not practicing law, she enjoys biking, boating and traveling with her husband and two adorable children and exploring her beloved hometown, St. Petersburg.
