Education/Experience
Nick received his BS in Accounting from the University of Florida, MBA from Stetson University, and JD from Stetson College of Law. Nick serves on the Board of Directors for Patriot Select Property and Casualty Insurance Company and holds a Florida Insurance Agent License. Nick and his wife have two sons and reside in Treasure Island. One son attends Jesuit High School, and their oldest son attends the University of Florida.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
Nick serves on the Board of Directors for Patriot Select Property and Casualty Insurance Company and also serves on several nonprofit boards, inlcluding the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Petersburg, the Board of Directors for the Community Law Program, and the Board of Directors for Sing Out and Read. He is also the Regional Director for PlaySmart, Inc., a tutor for Lawyers for Literacy, and serves as both Parliamentarian and coach for the Lakewood Jr. Spartans youth football program. In addition, Nick has been a dedicated Guardian ad Litem for more than 15 years.

More Information
Before joining Patriot Select Insurance, Nick served as EVP and Chief Compliance Officer at Directed Capital. Earlier in his career, he was the CFO of Arx Holding Corp., the parent company of ASI, a multi-state insurance carrier. Before that, he served for over 10 years as CFO of United Insurance Holdings Corp., a publicly traded Florida-based insurance holding company.
