Led by a remote online notary and by a member of the Remote Online Notarization Legislative Committee, this hour-long conversation will focus on the ethical and technical traps and hurdles with which practitioners must contend when conducting remote notarizations and will offer practical advice for how to overcome them.

The webinar will describe the process for becoming a remote online notary, discuss the issues remote online notaries may face when dealing with seniors and other vulnerable adults, will offer guidance on how to prepare clients for their signing appointments properly and successfully, and will review the history and future of Florida’s RON statute.
