Technology Traps for Ethical Lawyers Webinar

On Wednesday, July 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. CDT, Timothy P. Chinaris, Associate Dean and Professor at Belmont University College of Law, will present Technology Traps for Ethical Lawyers.

Attendees will receive 1 General CLE credit; including 1 hr. Technology CLE credit and 1 Ethics CLE credit

In today’s dynamic legal environment lawyers must continually adapt to changes in technology.  In addition to knowing what technology is available and how to use it, lawyers have a duty to employ technology in compliance with evolving ethical standards. Even the best-intentioned lawyer can make a misstep. This practical presentation will alert ethical lawyers to common “technology traps” in their practices and offer advice on ways to keep from falling into those traps.
