Grave immigration consequences can be avoided or minimized with adequate
knowledge of how a conviction or plea, though on the face of it appears to be
a win in the Criminal Law sphere, is inadvertently detrimental in the immigration
context given the complexities that arise by virtue of the client being a non-U.S. Citizen.
