Taught by SPBA Bar Member Maria DeLiberato

Maria, a certified yoga instructor since 2013, currently teaches classes at Kodawari Studios and Yoga4Change.  Her yoga practice is centered around stress relief for both the mind and body. All levels are welcome and remember, you do NOT need to be flexible to do yoga! {Maria currently works with the Sixth Circuit Public Defender representing individuals as part of a pilot program in Pinellas County that provides services to those in need who meet the statutory requirements for involuntary out-patient treatment due to their mental health condition.}
