This one hour Environmental Site Assessments class provides an solid 
understanding of how the current legislation and guidelines for ESAs have 
developed.  The course includes case studies, CERCLA legislation and 
development of the definition of Potentially Responsible Parties as well 
as Innocent Landowners.  A review and discussion of all Recognized 
Environmental Conditions – RECs, HRECs, and CRECs as well as Case 
Studies, with many images, will further enlighten understanding of the work 
provided by Environmental Consultants
