This CLE is a must for all transactional and litigation attorneys in the business law section. Effective
January 1, 2020, the Florida Business Corporation Act underwent major changes that impact our business
clients. This CLE will breakdown each of the significant changes, including: procedures related to
shareholder direct and derivative actions, provisions governing anti-takeovers and mergers, minority
shareholder rights, and judicial dissolutions. Additionally, this CLE offers ethics credits and will examine
the ethical issues confronting counsel when representing an entity. Join us as we start “Takin’ Care of Business!”
