This seminar will cover an action plan for those considering opening their own firm, as well as a
refresher for solos and small firm practitioners overseeing the operations side of their firms. 
Our speakers will address how they selected their current practice areas and why.  They will discuss
their respective markets, launching their firms, and current marketing strategies.  In addition, this

seminar will address initial staffing, hiring assistants/paralegals, HR issues, budget needed to 
launch a firm, insurance, banking, IT, and related vendors. Finally, how to gauge success after you 
launch as a new firm will be discussed.
