The Initial Stages of Pleadings and Temporary Matters

Join us as we provide an overview of initial steps and procedures for establishing a new family 
law case. Learn how to conduct a proper client consultation that allows the attorney to effectively 
gather the right information from their client, educate the client on the legal process and the cost
of litigation, all while exercising empathy for the emotional impact. Also learn how to properly plead
for all appropriate relief for your client. The Honorable Jack Helinger will join us to discuss Temporary
Matters in Family Law proceedings with a focus on Expedited Motions and Emergency Motions.
