This seminar will examine the concept of the paperless office discussing scanning/imaging, file retention, file
management and related issues.  Next, we will address e-legal marketing and branding in the electronic age of
advertisement. Finally, either Ken Burke or a representative of his office will present a refresher on e-filing of
pleadings, updates to the e-portal and electronic interphase with the Clerk of Court.
