This seminar will discuss how geosocial data is changing the face of risk management, law and
insurance and how this evidence can be used and introduced in trial. The seminar will also address
the recent high profile case Bollea v Gawker which involved a violation of privacy based upon a
non-consensual publication surreptitiously recorded sex tape of a celebrity client.
