Tampa Bay is home to thousands of veterans.  The Honorable Michael P. Allen, Federal Court Judge on the
U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, will discuss the Veterans claims process. Additionally, Judge Allen
will discuss the interplay between the claims process and the appellate process, giving the average
practitioner an overview of the basics about Veterans claims that every lawyer should know
