Prof. Hamilton and Mr. Pollack will begin the CLE with an hour-long introduction of the basic legal and technical framework
for e-discovery issues.  Judges McCoy and Sansone will then oversee and moderate two vignette and panel discussions
presenting practical e-discovery scenarios and the legal issues raised.
