CLE: Technology Issues in the
Government Law Practice

Chief Assistant City Attorney, City of St. Petersburg

Technology issues facing attorneys in government law practice have become more prevalent in the last few
years.  This CLE will address the use of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, texting and other electronic communication
in government practice.  Retention issues for government records such as ethical issues involving cloud based
storage will also be discussed.  Updates on current case law involving public records law related to these
areas will also be provided.
