My practice focuses on intellectual property matters including client counseling, all aspects of the procurement and maintenance of patents, patent design around activities, and patent portfolio management. I have experience in the mechanical, electrical, software and business methods arts, with a strong focus on medical devices, gas and oil industry, and vehicle control and propulsion systems. I have practiced in intellectual property in many capacities for more than 10 years on behalf of clients ranging from independent inventors to large international corporations and foreign intellectual property law firms.
