Since the onset of the recession there has been a slump in demand for legal services. Clients are concerned with legal costs, managing partners are concerned about overhead costs, and the cost of health care reform for small businesses (including law firms) presents many unanswered questions. During this session, advisors from Lawyers Resource Alliance, will discuss:
- How law firms cans become more efficient, including lessons which big firms are adopting that might be applicable to midsize and smaller firms
- The impact of healthcare reform on partners, associates, staff and alw firms as employers.
