Collaborative Law:
Putting the New Rules Into Practice and
Managing High Conflict Participants

Join us as we review the Florida Collaborative  Rules and how to ethically incorporate them
into your collaborative practice. Also learn skills for dealing with difficult behaviors of
high-conflict people entering the collaborative process. Each speaker will approach the
management of this process and differing personalities from their respective roles of lawyer,
mental health neutral, and financial neutral. This course will also include direction on how to
avoid team splitting, and termination of the process
